Case Management System for government agencies
Compupro first developed a proof-of-concept Notes application to demonstrate how a paper based case management process could be automated. Notes was chosen as the development environment against many other software packages based on this proof-of-concept. Compupro then developed the application to a specific state agencies needs. The Parolee Case Management System is used by hundreds of Parole Officers throughout the state via laptops and dial-in access to track case loads. Compupro currently markets the system as a customizeable application that will meet not only governmental agencies needs but most any customer's need for tracking cases.
