Domino web site in support of a client's user base
Compupro developed and implemented a web-based solution to a client's customer support needs. The client's customers access the secured site through the internet to search a post support issues, check on the status of their issue, and search a knowledge base. The client is notified when a client has posted a message by routing the support issue to the appropriate support technician for resolution. Escalation code was put in placed to assure prompt response to the client's customers. The application involved the use of LotusScript and Java Script.
