Compupro's Case Management system is a customizeable Lotus Notes application that enables the user to track and report all aspects of an individual's case. The Case Management System will enable the monitoring of cases faster and more efficiently while providing the necessary reporting requirements.
The Case Management system was designed to enable the a user to work remotely from the field by leveraging the powerful replication capabilities of Lotus Notes and Domino. The user replicates only the cases for which they are responsible. The Case Management system records all interactions between the user and the individual's case and then replicates these changes back to the main data base. This enables the user to always have the individual's case history available when meeting with the individual.
Using the full-text index features of Lotus Notes and Domino, users will be able to receive results of queries run against data that has been entered into the Case Management system.
Parolee Case Management System
The Parolee Case Management System is one example of how Compupro's Case Management System can be customized to fulfill the unique requirements of a government Parole Board. This version enables the Parole Officer to participate with the law enforcement community in tracking inmates released from prison serving the remainder of their court-ordered sentence under the Parole Board's supervision.
"A Parole Board will be able to find details of interactions that parole officers are having with their cases to better evaluate if proper procedures are being followed," said Zach Mabe, Principal, Compupro. "The structure of these interactions is defined for officers for the first time within this Notes application and therefore State-wide standards can be required. Rather than spot check for problem cases or those that show the symptoms of problems, managers will be able to query data looking for specific elements of cases that represent those that officers need to stay the most focused. The officers themselves will have this same ability to look at their activities in a more objective way and spend their limited time most effectively."
